A quick tip – for our Natural Casing Franks, the best way to cook them is to boil a pot of water, after the water is boiling, turn off and put the franks in the water with the lid on for 5 to 10 minutes. This process will prevent the Frank from splitting and will preserve the snap of the Natural Casing Frank.

You also have to try our skinless Quarter Pound Frank – it’s simply great on the grill but be patient – it’s a BIG Frank.
